Turning parts
Turnery is mostly known in steel machining parts and RVS(Stainless steel) precision products, but also brass and other metals are common.

Machining parts
Machining occurs as a final processing of turning - or casting parts, but also as complete machining parts.

Punching parts
Punching is common in RVS (Stainless steel) and sheetsteel, but also in for example springsteel. If possible forming is used to obtain a high degree of continuity and reproducibility.

Welding parts
Welding, CO2 or TIG, is among the most occurring techniques at compositions from steel, Stainless steel or aluminium. Also brazing occurs.

Casting parts
Casting parts are often interesting at larger serials. Especially in aluminium (cast and extrusion) we are familiar with several alternatives, but also steel occurs. The casting products are being shaped according to drawing in a prescribed manner.
Forging parts
Forging concerns just a small part of our working area. However, rivets is a common used connection technique.
Moulding parts
Plastic is applied to casting parts and to moulding (pressure) products. Particularly PE, PP, POM and (evt fibre-filled) PA occur in the list of our plastic products, but in principle any plastic is applicable.

Assembling/Packaging
In addition to the fabrication of components we are also provide you with complete sets, head components, fasteners and assembly instructions up to and including final packaging plus possible (bar code) labelling. All carried out according to your specifications.
