Blasting/Sandblasting

Blasting (especially sandblasting) is a commonly used treatment technique as a finishing, but especially as a pre-processing for varnishing and coating.

Powder coating

Powder coating is done according to specification in each demanded layer thickness and colour.

Chromium-plating

Chromium-plating is mostly known for steel (welding) parts and brass sanitary-components.

Zinc-plating/Passivating

Zinc-plating is common in the parcel of steels products. Passivating in yellow, blue or black is carried out according to the wishes of the customer. As you were formerly used to working with continuous zinc-plating you now are offered the possibility to draw up the complete zincing & passivating yourselves. 

Hot Dip Galvanizing

Hot dip galvanizing is just a small share of a number of zinc parts. Mostly steel components for outside application are being hot dip galvanized.

Polishing

Polishing especially occurs as a final treatment of RVS (Stainless steel) deep drawing  products and aluminium parts.
Also as a roughing of work pieces that are to be chromed we prescribe polishing to prevent version tracks and other ruggedness which influence the chromium result.

Anodizing

Anodizing is being applied on aluminium products as an final treatment. Anodizing is being carried out according to specification on both extrusion profiles with a length of 4 meters and on small products.
